User-Generated Content: You retain all your rights to any personal data and memory entries ("User Content") you submit, store, or display on or through the System. You grant MEMSTORA™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, process, copy, distribute, perform, export, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and update the System, and as required by law or regulation. 4.4. Removal of User Content: You have the right to remove your User Content from the System at any time. Upon your request, MEMSTORA™ will make reasonable efforts to remove any traces of your User Content from our servers and cease further use of it, except to the extent retained as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. Compliance: You agree to use the System only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 5.2. Content Restrictions: You may not use the System to capture, store, or transmit content that is infringing, obscene, threatening, or otherwise harmful or in violation of any law.

6. System Access and Security

6.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 6.2. System Integrity: You agree not to compromise the security of the System or interfere with its proper working.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will MEMSTORA™ or its affiliates, or their employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the System, any websites linked to it, any content on the System, or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MEMSTORA™ and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the System.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MEMSTORA™is registered, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the System thereafter. Your continued use of the System following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
